Name the people who approve generated material before delivery. Document provider terms and processing restrictions.
Operation and handover
Agree source and account access, documentation, backups, monitoring, incident responsibility and support.
Procurement evidence
Request the relevant DPA, data-flow and operating documents. Almost a Lab is not currently ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified; independent testing requirements need agreement.
