Build a product with us, for a stake.

A venture partnership: design and engineering for an agreed stake plus a reduced fee. Agree the product, responsibilities and commercial terms before building.

What belongs in the build.

Bring the founder, the product idea and the people it should serve. Discuss whether a co-build fits before agreeing terms.

  • Founder and product fit
  • Scope, reduced fee and equity terms in writing
  • Milestones, acceptance and ongoing responsibilities

Agree before committing.

Put the contribution, fee, stake, ownership, governance and ongoing operating responsibilities in writing. A partnership is negotiated; it is not a standard discount.

What we need to validate.

Start with a product assumption, the people it serves and evidence of demand. Agree the smallest useful test before discussing a shared build.

Before we begin.

How is the work scoped?

Milestones, equity conditions, governance and ongoing involvement are agreed in the partnership terms. There is no automatic equity formula.

Who owns it and runs it?

Agree source and data rights, deployment access, documentation and support before work starts. Hosting, provider usage and ongoing changes belong in the scope.

Can we start with a question?

Yes. Bring the idea, the people using it and any known constraints. A technical specification is not required. Ask for an NDA before sharing confidential material.

Scope and pricing

Could we build it together?

A question or a short outline is enough. Prepare it here, then review it in the shared contact form.
